Public Beta Terms

These terms govern use of the GlassPalace public beta operated by Giorgio Gerelli. By creating a workspace, you confirm that you may authorize access to every connected business account.

Agent actions

GlassPalace can read and change connected services. Protected actions such as publishing, spending, destructive changes, customer/order operations, permissions, and live theme changes require approval by default. Workspace owners may alter those policies and accept responsibility for the resulting actions.

Beta availability and cost

The platform is free during beta. GlassPalace-managed models are included without a user-facing spend cap, but provider availability and rate limits still apply. Pricing and limits may change before general availability with prior notice.

No disaster-recovery guarantee

The beta does not include off-node backups or a recovery SLA. A hardware or disk failure may permanently remove conversations, memory, tasks, workflows, and execution history. Do not use GlassPalace as the sole copy of essential records.

Acceptable use

You must not use GlassPalace to violate law, provider policy, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or advertising and anti-spam rules; bypass account controls; attack infrastructure; or access data without authority.

Liability

The beta is provided as available for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, provider enforcement, model output, campaign performance, or loss of beta data. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
