These terms govern use of GlassPalace, operated by Alessandro Gerelli. By creating a workspace, you confirm that you may authorize access to every connected business account.

Current Shopify App Store integration

The Shopify app requires read_products and read_inventory. A workspace owner or admin may separately consent to optional read_orders access for read-only sales, cost-coverage, margin, and profit reporting. GlassPalace excludes direct customer identity and contact fields, does not request Shopify reports, and performs no Shopify mutation through this feature. Profit figures depend on the current inventory unit costs supplied by Shopify; missing cost coverage is disclosed and incomplete profit is not presented as complete.

Other connected services and agent actions

Outside the submitted Shopify app, separately connected providers expose only the capabilities granted directly by those providers. Reads and draft creation remain available where supported. Publishing, spending, permission changes, destructive operations, and raw mutations are currently unavailable while GlassPalace redesigns its action-control system. These separate-provider capabilities do not grant or expand Shopify access.

Free launch plan

The current launch plan has no platform fee and GlassPalace-managed models are included without a user-facing spend cap. Provider availability and rate limits still apply. Pricing, capacity, and limits may change with prior notice.

No disaster-recovery guarantee

The service does not currently include off-node application backups or a recovery SLA. A hardware or disk failure may permanently remove conversations, memory, tasks, workflows, and execution history. Do not use GlassPalace as the sole copy of essential records.

Acceptable use

You must not use GlassPalace to violate law, provider policy, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or advertising and anti-spam rules; bypass account controls; attack infrastructure; or access data without authority.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, provider enforcement, model output, campaign performance, or loss of data. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
